Q:How to share result in Delta?
A: In Delta, users can use session to share data with others. In each view, click "share" button to active this function
Q:How to enter dual-mode in physical view?
A: Users can check "Enter Dual-mode " in the physical view webpage, a genome view will be opened at right side.
At the same time, users can click "Goto Topological" to enter a dual-mode with Topological view.
At the same time, users can click "Goto Topological" to enter a dual-mode with Topological view.
Q:Can I access the same tracks and view region in Genome View, Topological View and Physical View?
A: Yes. In each visualized view, you can click "Goto Genome" ,"Goto Topological","Goto Physical" to enter different view with selected tracks and view region of current view
Q:Can I upload own annotated track , 3D physical model into Delta?
A: Yes. In each visualized view, you can click "Upload" to upload your own data.
Q:Can I export an image or PDF of the visualization view?
A: Yes. In each visualized view, you can click "Export" to save the current visualization view as image or PDF. For Genome View and Topological View, a high resolution image is provided to save, for Physical view, a PDF format is provided to save.
